Windows shows a warning on launch? That's expected — here's how to run it

Because this is an early beta without a paid publisher certificate, Windows SmartScreen shows a warning ("Windows protected your PC / unknown publisher"). That does not mean anything is harmful — only that the publisher isn't verified yet.

To run it anyway: in the warning window click "More info" → "Run anyway".

Nothing to install: unzip, open the folder, double-click Plotopia.exe. It runs entirely locally and only connects to our game server.

Getting started

  1. Download the zip and extract it into its own folder.
  2. Run Plotopia.exe (on the Windows warning: "More info → Run anyway").
  3. Play — your progress lives on our server, and you'll join the shared world automatically.
